I'm a great fan of Queen, so I decided to turn it into a full multimedia experience.
Below you can see what came out of it.
How I did it:
I used CoolEdit to trim the song, then I imported the animated gif and the trimmed song on separate tracks into Flash 5.
While looking at the spectrogram of the song in CoolEdit in millisecond resolutin to see at what time-offset the frames had to change, I pulled the frames to their proper place in Flash 5.
The whole thing took about three hours.
